Classics
There are a handful of New singers that have conviction, but most new singers just don't. Years ago, no matter what the subject matter was you felt it, it is amazing that after all these years these songs still hit. The artist from the 60's and 70's gave you the real. Their vocals were intense and you could feel the situation.

Foreign Exchange
If your not familiar with Phonte of Little Brother and Nicolay there side project known as Foreign Exchange, "Connected" was the name of there first project. its grown up hip hop, no bling or bullshit. This CD might one of the most slept on CD of 2005 "Connected"is one of those albums you put on repeat all. relax with drink in hand for rest of the night,i really can post all the songs because there all that good ya dig!

Raphael Saadiq- Love That Girl
If i did not know any better i would assume this track is a Smokey Robinson track. if you dont know who Smokey Robinson is step ya goddamn game up. Saadiq made a name for himself as the lead vocalist in Tony! Toni! Toné! his new album will feature contributions from Joss Stone on a track called "Just One Kiss" as well as Stevie Wonder on a track called "Never Give You Up". The album is scheduled to be released on September 16, 2008. Its baby making friday PPL lol
